I am technically trained conceptual Designer/Art director with two degrees from George Brown College (where I got my technical skills) and OCAD University (where I polished my conceptual thinking and won a Gold Medal for my thesis advertising work). I have been working as a designer since my second year in George Brown (2004), so I have extensive experience and understanding of the design process, timelines, and deliverables for digital and print, now days mainly for digital landscape.
I possess a mix rage of experience from agency and client-side. I exhibit a holistic approach to design, meaning I have the expertise to successfully see projects through:
Research > Ideation > Prototyping > User Testing > Iteration > Design > and Coding.
Currently, I work with the biggest Canadian retailer and lead 3 people on my team. Our focus is to streamline the user experience journey, establish a dynamic design system, and focus on implementing best practices of accessibility. I am passionate about the projects that I get involved in and take it as my duty to OWN them, making sure of the perfect end result.

I currently learned about 5 leadership voices and my predominant 2 are Nurturer and Creative. This means I care about relationships and the impact of work over profit and can instinctually predict the reaction of people two certain presented solutions..... And all this time I thought I am just brilliant that way. ha-ha.
I am easily adaptable to change and innovations; would it be a new working process, team dynamic, or a set of new design tools or applications. Staying on top of constantly evolving technologies and helping others to catch up, share my knowledge with the team is one of the main focuses now in my career. I thrive in the collaborative environment and would feel privileged to join a dynamic, creative group of folks, to create "the next big thing”!
